Where do you operate?
RoundTrip has a nationwide transportation network and is currently operating in ten states: ME, MA, NH, PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA.
What are your hours of operation?
You can schedule a ride through RoundTrip anytime! Just enter your information in our app whenever you get the chance.
How far in advance do I need to schedule my ride?
Our system requires an hour notice to schedule rides, unless it is a Lyft ride. Lyft rides can be scheduled on-demand at anytime.
How do I pay for my ride?
RoundTrip collects your credit card information in our app. As you take rides, your credit card will be charged.
What happens if I cancel my ride? Do I get charged?
You can cancel your ride up to 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time with no fees. However, if your ride is dispatched and you do not show, you will be charged a $5 cancellation fee.
